Addresses with Net Outflow counts addresses whose net balance change over the observed period was negative. It does not count every address that appeared on the spend side. An address is included only if it closed the period with less BTC than it began with.
A rise means negative balance change spread across more addresses. A decline means net depletion was concentrated in fewer addresses. The series is most informative alongside Receiving Addresses and Addresses with Balance Change, which separate whether redistribution leaned toward net outflow or was broad across both signs.
The key limitation is interpretive. Net outflow at the address level is not the same as selling. Coins may have been redistributed, reorganized internally, or moved across address structure without a clean market-intent read. The tail row is a rolling last-24-hour window, not a closed UTC day.
