Bitcoin Coin Days Destroyed in Sat-Seconds

Coin Days Destroyed (CDD) in sat-seconds, weighting each spent input by how long it was held before being moved.

About CDD (Sat-Seconds)

Bitcoin Coin Days Destroyed in Sat-Seconds measures the total dormant satoshi-time destroyed by spending on a given day. It preserves the raw time-value product directly, multiplying spent value in satoshis by age in seconds before any conversion into more familiar units.

A higher reading means more dormant satoshi-time was released that day through larger spent volume, older spent coins, or both. It is most useful with Coin Days Destroyed, Average Dormancy, and Transfer Volume, where the question is raw dormant-age destruction versus normalized age or simple throughput.

The key distinction is unit choice. This series keeps the full satoshi-second magnitude intact, so it is more granular and less immediately interpretable than CDD in coin-days. Its value is scale preservation, not simplicity.
