Economic Supply shows the total Bitcoin supply base used in the STH/LTH holder framework. It is the canonical anchor in this family, because the other series are all partitions or percentage views of the same underlying economic supply pool rather than independent supply measures.
A change in this series changes the base against which STH and LTH sats and shares are read. It is most useful as the common denominator and reference line for the holder-split charts, especially when comparing absolute inventory with compositional share.
The key caveat is scope. Economic Supply is not total circulating supply and not a protocol issuance series. It defines the supply set used inside this holder-age framework, which is why it is structurally important even though it is not the most expressive chart on its own.
